The metering distribution system mainly includes devices such as electric control valves, electromagnetic flow meters, solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves, filters, distributors, float flow meters, and pressure gauges.
The PLC metering distribution module integrates these components into a single module, while also housing the PLC control system and touch screen within the module. This module serves as the core control part of the entire denitrification system and is a product independently developed and designed by our company. Through multiple iterations and continuous optimization, the module has incorporated control and interlock protection concepts, making the equipment highly automated, safe, and stable. Denitrification spray guns are arranged in layers within the furnace, categorized into high-load and low-load configurations. The control system switches between high-load and low-load valves for the denitrification spray guns via solenoid directional control valves based on furnace temperature. According to customer feedback, our denitrification equipment leads the industry in both user experience and appearance.
This module has 6 injection points, corresponding to six denitrification spray guns, with a maximum flow rate of 100 L/h per branch, and each branch's flow rate is adjustable.
1. Main Functions
1. Filters the compressed air used in the denitrification system to remove condensed water from the pipelines.
2. Regulates the pressure of the compressed air.
3. Filters solid impurities from the reducing agent to prevent pipeline blockages and damage to control components.
4. Controls and measures the usage of compressed air and reducing agent, and distributes both.
5. Delivers compressed air and reducing agent to downstream equipment through multiple channels at equal pressure and independently.
6. Records, stores, and processes data such as pressure and flow during equipment operation, automatically generating tables or curves for user reference.
2. Working Principle
The reducing agent passes sequentially through a pressure gauge, flow sensor, electric actuated ball valve, and angle seat valve, and is metered and output according to the flow rate set by the control system. After distribution, pressure stabilization, and buffering, it is delivered to the reducing agent outlet pipeline at the same pressure via adjustable float flow meters.
Compressed air is filtered by a precision filter and then passes sequentially through a pressure gauge, flow sensor, solenoid valve, and air source processor before entering the compressed air distributor. It is then delivered to the compressed air outlet pipeline at the same pressure via ball valves.
The PLC control system can control the booster pump, regulating valve, reducing agent solenoid valve, and compressed air solenoid valve via the touch screen, and monitor the reducing agent flow through rotor flow meters. The PLC control system can also adjust the electric actuator based on set parameters such as reducing agent flow, valve opening, or nitrogen oxide concentration to meet required specifications.
